Opportunity Identification
We identify market gaps and investment opportunities aligned with real demand.
KAPI was founded in 2022 with the establishment of KAPI Africa Limited, the Group's first business and the foundation of what has grown into a diversified business platform. From the beginning, KAPI Africa was built with a clear focus on real estate and long-term value investments, reflecting the Group's commitment to creating enduring assets and sustainable growth.
Between 2024 and 2025, KAPI entered a new phase of expansion — establishing KAPI Energies for energy trading, KAPI Tech for technology and innovation, and becoming a strategic shareholder in AEL Limited for financial services and insurance.
KAPI also formed a partnership with Infinity Star (T) Limited to pursue large-scale opportunities in agribusiness, focused on sisal estates, sisal cultivation, and the production of sisal fibre as a sustainable alternative to plastic-based materials.
